MusicMessage Campaign - A Profound Sound​​

The MusicMessage Campaign is a unique interactive experience designed for schools and after-school programs in any community worldwide.

Music-masters of several cultures give live performances and lead interactive workshops that raise awareness - amongst students, teachers, and parents - about the power of music and lyrics to affect (both positively and negatively) their mood, thoughts, academic success & behavior, while learning about the consequences of their music-listening choices in their home life, relationships, and community.

Students all learn to create their own music-messages for peace, combining them into positive school songs that end the multi-hour workshops with a “battle of the bands”.

The MusicMessage Campaign assemblies and workshops were originally started by a question as well: what could Listen For Life do, to help young music-listeners:

• become more aware that their minds, moods, health and behaviors are being directly affected by the songs and lyrics surrounding them 24/7

• learn that they could create their own positive "music messages" - alone or together, anytime they wish for an alternative - through a fun application of rhythm, words, melody and harmony, and thus

• be empowered to make positive music-listening choices for the rest of their lives - as one person said, "to provide them a direction when they didn't even realize there was a choice" ....

​None of our projects can take place or impact/unite the diverse global community through music, without the participation and support of individual and corporate donors, sponsors, marketing/advertising partners, grants, development partners, and affiliates. On the final page of this LFL site, we list several current projects and programs that we have the opportunity to fulfill when – and only when – we gather the necessary resources. We invite all music listeners to join us in “changing the channel” - to empower the music and musicians of the future to be an even greater source of unity, peace, nourishment, inspiration and cross-cultural communication.
